My ex husband hired this attorney to open a non modifiable judgement , not only did Miss Mongillo file incorrect information , from the date of the dissolution , the amount of alimony and more importantly the cause for opening the judgement , but Miss Mongillo was actuating accusing another member o...f the bar and myself of FRAUD!!!!!!! With absolutely zero proof to back this accusation up.Miss Mongillo took the word of chronic and pathalogical liar and did not do her due diligence as an attorney to even look at the case history. In short , Judge Maureen Murphy of Bridgeport DENIED the motion and dismissed the case with prejudice. I would NEVER recommend this lawyer because she lacks experience , common sense and morale .
