This attorney was referred to us by friends, thinking he would be reputable, this was not the case. It took years for Mr. Kulas to settle a car accident case. My husband was injured, and Mr. Kulas did not speak up for him at any point. My husband would have to retrieve all his medical records, insur...ance information, etc. When it was time for a Deposition, Mr. Kulas could not make it because he claimed he had family issues and this prolonged the case. When Mr. Kulas finally appeared in court, he did not defend my husband's medical bills and claims at all. Mr. Kulas took the side of the insurance company. My husband received less than what his medical bills amounted to, and this is due to Mr. Kulas not representing his client, he did not go above and beyond at any point and appeared to do nothing to represent his client.
