An exceptional lawyer, an outstanding professional and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Jeffrey Ginzberg.

I would highly recommend Jeffrey Ginzberg, especially to anyone who is aware they will be challenged in their divorce with complex child custody and support issues. From the onset, Jeff and I discussed what my wishes were, what was most important to me and helped me understand the divorce process in... a clear and concise manner. Throughout the proceedings he kept my priorities in mind and strategized ways to attain the best outcome for my children and myself. When all was said and done, I had received an agreement very close to what our original goals were including many aspects that I believe might not have been included, if Jeff had not been my attorney. Jeffrey Ginzberg’s attention to detail and ability to think outside of the box resulted in a favorable outcome in my divorce. In addition to his legal proficiency and ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, Jeff understands the emotional and psychological factors that came into play during a divorce. It was obvious to me that he had taken time to calculate these factors and that his advice and treatment of the issues that arose was a function of this understanding. His combination of legal expertise, loyalty, understanding of the underlying issues and capacity to stay focused, even when things got complicated and messy, allow Jeffrey Ginzberg to stand out as an exceptional divorce lawyer and true professional.

"I endorse this lawyer. Jeffrey schooled me on the art of exposing a lying client with a masterful deposition skill that was simply brilliant. He is one of the very best family law practitioners out there. Fair, honest, and totally dedicated to his clients. A stand up lawyer and one that is one of the very best I have every had the honor to face off against in a case. I learned a lot from watching him and value the experience."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
