Attorney Ginzberg was my attorney during a very difficult time in my life. I was the conservator of a person who was in a coma after being hit by a drunk driver. It was an extremely difficult case, but Attorney Ginzberg through his unbelievable legal knowledge and expertise, brought suit against 4 ...bars in which the defendant was drinking at prior to the accident. I never hear of the Dram Shop Act, in which you can sue the bars in which the defendant was a patron prior to the accident, but he knew of this and successfully won against the 4 bars. If it was not for his years of legal experience, his meticulous attention to detail, his dedication to his client, not backing down from any of the attorneys representing the bars, keeping me well informed of procedures and the legal system even in the most complex of litigation, he explained the process to me, and because of his determination and dedication to the case and me as conservator for the victim, the victim in this case would not be able to get the medical treatment he needs for the rest of his life as he is totally disabled. He is a true professional of his craft and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a hard working, and dedicated attorney to represent them.
