If you feel you were/are the victim of gender discrimination, you need to consult an employment attorney. Get your evidence and witnesses together.

If you haven't filed yet, do so.
If you have and were denied, appeal. Read the document - the period to appeal is very short.

I don't see any illegal behavior. You also do not have a right to a witness, to be interviewed where you want, or have a manager of your choosing.
