Most hard working lawyer I know. Attorney Marino and her staff have a dedication that is unmatched. Attorney Marino fights hard in court, but also tries to resolve cases to get her clients the best deal. She is available to me on weekends and after hours. She is honest and changed my life in the best... way ever.

After being in an abusive marriage with mental and physical abuse over 16 years, I was recommended to use Ms. Marino as a tough advocate. Unfortunately, my ex-husband's attorney was tougher, and I lost financially. She also did not give me proper advice about my marital home. She told me I had to lea...ve, or the sheriff would remove me in 60 days. I consulted for free with another attorney and he said that was not true. I paid highly to find a rental with the 8 dogs my ex did not want, even though he called them his 'beloved dogs'. Would not use her again.

Debra Marino was the absolute best attorney I could have ever asked for. She was extremely knowledgeable and had to lead the other sides attorney that was not very seasoned, she was tough and drafted the plan of action swiftly on my behalf, she had me put restraining orders in place in addition to my... protective order granted by the criminal court which helped tremendously. She’s not cheap but you get what you pay for as far as lawyers go. She was very caring and made me feel like she was my friend fighting for me and my children in court, she also has a fabulous office that is a team of caring women who helped make this whole ugly nightmare that much easier. In the end I got everything I wanted and I am so grateful to Attorney Marino!

I hired Deb to handle my divorce after I felt I was getting the run around from my previous attorney. Deb was up front from the beginning in telling me what to expect and she was spot on. She went head to head with my ex wife's attorney and beat her every time I wound up with custody of my daughte...r and exclusive use of the family home. My ex had to move out and could not come back. When the final settlement came down I got everything i asked for and NO ALIMONY....... Of course my ex wife's attorney was an idiot but Deb was so overpowering i believe she settled because she was afraid to go up against her in the courtroom.
