Zingaro & Cretella lied to me incessantly and mishandled my case to a point their grotesque negligence made me lose everything I had. They told me things like 'you can't impute income in family court'. And how women are NOT eligible for child support with two young children and an ex making ov...er $500,000 a year. These folks have no idea what the law is, or they are absolute con artists who should not be in practice. Attorney Zingaro's behavior was not only egregious, but also highly inappropriate. My last interaction was grabbing my file and leaving their office in fear for my safety. He was physically and emotionally out of control. Even his staff was scared. Please reach out to me before choosing this firm to represent you. I will gladly supply you with documentation and details. Please take this decision very seriously.

Attorney Zinger is a waste of time and money. He is not only unprofessional but rude. In our initial meeting he spent the entire time talking about how costly everything would be not how he would pursue my case. I've found a different attorney who was confident without being pompous and has worked in... my best interest every step on the proceedings.

Similar to the review already online, Gene appears to care when you meet him but once you sign he drops the ball with his indifferent and callous approach to his clients. I signed with him to help take care of an issue I had with my previous attorney who was disbarred. Gene promised he'd help Resol...ve my issues, claimed my previous attorney was a horrible person and said he gave lawyers a bad image and wanted to help me. I come to find out days after signing with Gene that he also was representing in court the lawyer who had just caused me and my family and other families locally enormous amount of financial troubles. Genes ethics are questionable and he truly doesn't pay attention once you sign with him.

I hired Att. Zingaro law firm for a divorce where I was pressured by one of his associates to sign so I wont have any more issues with my ex-wife! Big mistake, as it appears that he was more concerned with my ex-wife's well-being that mine. My ex-wife also filed criminal charges against me that Mr.Z...ingaro stated that he could handled. My case went on docket 7 times at which time the court ordered my arrest since I was not notified of the said. However, I was deployed and he did not notify regarding the issue on time and I am not sure if he notified the court. Needless to say that my last name was spelled incorrectly in court and even though I tried to inquire on my case, I could not because of the spelling error. His rude secretary attempted to blame me for the spelling error. Once I was able to check the status of my case, I paid him once more to handle this and instead, I was hit with a 25000 bond for failure to appear! Thankfully I found another attorney who is handling my case now. Even though Zingaro appears as a good attorney, he sends various associates to deal with the cases and of course they are not aware of all the details of the case. I am very disappointed with his service because I ended up with horrible divorce conditions, a huge bond and my charges were not dropped because the judge thought I was fleeing the justice when in fact I was deployed. I have hired now a different attorney to deal with my divorce conditions and we are getting good results and a criminal attorney who has helped my case. The law office of Zingaro did not worth the money.
