As a trustee, he allowed a house to go into foreclosure. When a beneficiary demanded a proper accounting, Kal exercised terrorem to try to exclude that beneficiary from getting paid.

Hard to get ahold of
It's almost impossible to get ahold of this firm. And when I do get ahold of them, the receptionist is verbally abusive and rude. They often don't respond to matters of critical importance and have a way of making you feel like a massive inconvenience to them.
