I had an unusually strong case which could have easily been settled out of court; the defense admitted full liability for the damages I suffered! I wasn't given proper advice before or during the trial and Mr. Skolnick allowed the defense to humiliate me before the jury by questioning me about irr...elevant issues that had nothing to with my case. He did not present the evidence in a convincing manner and to make matters worse, he held back evidence that I had specifically requested be presented at the trial. I had many lawyers who were very interested in my case. Unfortunately I didn't change lawyers when I had the opportunity. Overall this negative experience turned out to be the price of an education!
