As the founder and Principal Attorney for B-Law LLC, my goal was tocreate a network of attorneys who can help our clients with theimportant transactions, issues, and events in their lives. We have donethrough the creation of two roles within B-Law: General Counsel and OfCounsel. General Counsel attorneys act as the contact point forclients, gathering information about the clients' needs, giving adviceon how to handle a particular transaction or issue, and assisting themin finding the correct person to handling solving the particular Counsel attorneys provide substantive knowledge to implement thegameplan created by the General Counsel attorney and the client. Bysplitting these roles, our attorneys can focus using their uniqueabilities to service clients in the best way possible.

As Principal Attorney for B-Law, I act as General Counsel to clients inConnecticut, as well as providing substantive knowledge in the areas ofreal estate, property, and small business law. My clients are mainlysmall business owners, real estate investors, and families goingthrough the probate process.
