Buyer's Remorse/Power of Attorney/Will

Everyone needs a good doctor, a good mechanic, and a good attorney. My husband and I made a terrible mistake by purchasing a timeshare at an exorbitant price. Attorney Mahon advised us of our legal rights and helped us write a letter rescinding the contract. He also updated our wills and helped me... obtain a power of attorney for my aging mother. The power of attorney has been crucial in managing my mother's affairs as she has become progressively incapacitated with Alzheimer's disease. It is comforting to know that whenever we have a legal problem, our attorney will be there to help us through it. I have found Attorney Mahon to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, tenacious and approachable. I highly recommend him and never plan on going elsewhere.

Auto Accident/Will

Attorney Mahon was recommended to me by a close relative. I first went to him to update a will and was very pleased with his professionalism. When I was involved in a very bad car accident a few years later, I called him because I was not able to deal with insurance companies and worry about doctor... and hospital bills. Attorney Mahon dealt with all of it. My bills were paid to the doctors, hospital and physical therapist, Medicare was reimbursed, I was continuously updated on the progress of the case, and received a fair settlement in a timely manner. It gave me peace of mind knowing that a professional was handling everything. I have the highest regard for Attorney Mahon and would recommend him to anyone.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
