Attorney Brette Fitton represented me as part of a complex and contentious custody case involving my grandson. Truly, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is intelligent, honest, caring, easy to talk to and clearly passionate about her work. Many of Brette's insightful contributions were incorporated into the final custody agreement. Brette's previous experience as a guardian ad litem gives her a unique perspective on how the court views matters regarding child custody, including invaluable insight on how custody processes and outcomes tend to affect the minor children involved and how best to communicate with a child at this time. Although Brette never met my grandson, I felt she truly wanted what was best for him and would fight to get it. Fortunately, a hard-won agreement was reached before the case had to go to trial, but had it come to that, I have no doubt that Brette would be a formidable adversary in court. I most highly recommend Attorney Fitton and would not hesitate to use her in any family court case. She is both an excellent lawyer and a wonderful human being.
