Attorney Brette Fitton represented me as part of a complex and contentious custody case involving my grandson. Truly, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Brette's previous experience as a guardian ad litem gives her a unique perspective on how the court views matters regarding child custody, including invaluable insight on how custody processes and outcomes tend to affect the minor children involved and how best to communicate with a child at this time. Although Brette never met my grandson, I felt she truly wanted what was best for him and would fight to get it. Fortunately, a hard-won agreement was reached before the case had to go to trial, but had it come to that, I have no doubt that Brette would be a formidable adversary in court.
