Excellent Family Law Attorney

Attorney Brette Fitton represented me as part of a complex and contentious custody case involving my grandson. Truly, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is intelligent, honest, caring, easy to talk to and clearly passionate about her work. For me, she was a reassuring and wise presence during... an extremely frustrating and stressful experience, and her willingness to "go the extra mile" in helping to work out an effective agreement was impressive. Brette's knowledge of family law and court processes is exemplary, and she was able to clearly communicate how matters were likely to proceed in court. She was always straightforward in her assessment of likely outcomes, yet also willing to listen to my concerns and ideas. She also tried to keep costs as low as possible while still doing an amazing job. Brette came highly recommended by my son's attorney, and the two lawyers were able to collaborate very effectively on certain aspects of the case. Many of Brette's insightful contributions were incorporated into the final custody agreement. Brette's previous experience as a guardian ad litem gives her a unique perspective on how the court views matters regarding child custody, including invaluable insight on how custody processes and outcomes tend to affect the minor children involved and how best to communicate with a child at this time. Although Brette never met my grandson, I felt she truly wanted what was best for him and would fight to get it. Fortunately, a hard-won agreement was reached before the case had to go to trial, but had it come to that, I have no doubt that Brette would be a formidable adversary in court. I most highly recommend Attorney Fitton and would not hesitate to use her in any family court case. She is both an excellent lawyer and a wonderful human being.

Outstanding Attorney

I would highly recommend Attorney Fitton for any family law case. She became my attorney after a very long legal battle. I needed a lawyer to step in and assist me with my complex case. Attorney Fitton far exceeded my expectations and was the only one after years of battling in court alone that help...ed me prevail. She did an amazing job representing me in this post judgment divorce case. Attorney Fitton is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and her professional legal expertise helped me tremendously both in and out of the courtroom. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire legal process having Attorney Fitton as my lawyer. She went above and beyond to achieve a positive outcome for me and my minor children. She not only represented me but also fought for the rights and needs of my minor children. One of my daughters is also severely handicapped. Her professionalism and determination helped me to achieve the best outcome in my case. Attorney Fitton truly cares about her clients and always kept me informed as to the proceedings of the case. She made a very difficult legal process easier to handle. I would highly recommend Attorney Fitton and would use her again without hesitation in the future.
