Brad is a founding member of the firm. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York as well as the corresponding federal courts for both states. He previously was associated with a large Manhattan law firm where he provided advice and counsel as well as litigation services to Fortune 200 corporations. Thereafter, he joined a regional law firm to concentrate on civil matters to hone his litigation skills. He practices in the areas of real estate law, personal injury, workers compensation, business law, contract law, insurance law, land use law, employment law, collections, bankruptcy, foreclosure, landlord-tenant law, the Connecticut Home Improvement Act, criminal defense, and motor vehicle defense including driving under the influence (DUI) defense. He maintains an active practice of residential and commercial real estate law as well as foreclosure law.
He is a 1993 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a 2001 graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law. He is also a veteran of the armed forces, having been honorably discharged from the United States Army where he served as an infantryman. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, American Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association.
