Bradford J Sullivan

Brad has represented me in three different matters over the past eight years (zoning, potential criminal case, and divorce). This latter arena was actually in an area of law that was fairly unfamiliar. Yet after some persuading, he agreed to handle the case. I knew that, even though this was outside ...his wheel-house, he would utilize the same diligence and preparedness as always. By the end of the matter, he not only achieved the best outcomes on my behalf, he astounded attorneys who had practiced in this field for a while, with his strategy and approach. Through the years he has not always said what I have wanted to hear, yet has always provided very insightful counsel. In addition to providing top notch legal knowledge and understanding, he pays attention to the details, and communicates with a client during each step of the process. What is most remarkable, however, is Brad's desire to practice law well, and achieve fair outcomes, while trying to keep costs manageable for the client. Let me first start by saying, I am NOT a fan of lawyers. I had gotten myself into a bind and had only a week to hire an attorney. I had looked online for lawyers and was overwhelmed with how many were "specialist's" in the field for what I was dealing with. I talked to some on the phone, mostly to th...eir "legal experts". I was told from them that It was no problem, cut and dry if you may say. Oh yeah, I forgot, every single lawyer I called told me not to forget my checkbook. I was a wreck, I was feeling my future go right down the tubes. Sullivan's office was my 6th phone call. His receptionist had me at ease in 45 seconds and put me on the line with Bradford. He asked me to come in when I could and did not keep me waiting when I got there. Bradford was just a regular guy and kept eye contact with me the whole time while I explained my situation. That meant a lot to me. He spent the next hour and fifteen minutes going over my options and then let me decide. His price was more then fair, kept in contact with me, and met me for my court date just like he said he would. He walked me through everything and made sure I understood the whole process. In short, if for some reason you find yourself in a bind and do not know what to do, call Bradford. You will be in the right hands. On a side note, I felt good having Bradford by my side in court, there were sooooo many unprofessional lawyers in that court room, that I felt really sorry for the people that hired them to represent their case. Bradford did what he said he would do and made the bind I was in a heck of a lot better then I expected.
