Biography
Maurice David Maitland, Esq. has always had a passion to help people with disabilities, and immigration matters. He began working in 1996 as a Social Security appointed representative with the government Disability Services Program in the City of New York. Mr. Maitland has extensive litigation experience in presenting cases as a professional Social Security Representative since 1996 before the Federal Administrative Law Judges of the Social Security Administration.
Immediately after graduation from The Thomas Cooley Law school in Michigan 2003, he continued his employment as a professional Social Security Representative for the City of New York representing indigent claimants seeking Social Security Supplemental Income (SSI) benefits.
