Practice consists mainly of residential real estate closings and related matters in Windham and New London counties. I represent buyers and sellers in the purchase or sale of their homes and current owners refinancing their homes. I also handle land sales and purchases, commercial transactions, and litigation involving real estate matters and title issues.
