I am a lifelong resident of Connecticut.  I grew up in Pomfret, Connecticut and attended Woodstock Academy.  I attended Providence College in Providence, Rhode island, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  In 2011 I received my Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts.  I was admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut in 2011 and have since been practicing with my father at Kaplan and Brennan LLP in Plainfield, Connecticut.

Real Estate Purchase
Daniel professionally prepared everything accurately, on time and at a fair price. Multiple issues arose with the paperwork from my mortgage company; Daniel was able to coordinate everything and get the problems fixed before closing with minimal effort on my part. Highly recommended.

Great Real Estate Lawyer
Daniel is a very knowledgable real estate lawyer. When dealing with my closing and landlord issues, he responded quickly and professionally. Which mitigated a lot of costs. I highly recommend Daniel for any real estate matters big or small.

15 years with Kaplan & Brennan!
My husband and I started working with Kaplan & Brennan in 2001. Mr. Brennan's legal firm handled a very complicated probate when my husband passed five years ago. Dan Brennan has since helped me in several legal matters such as evictions, and settlements. I am so impressed that Dan returns emails within minutes it seems! My questions are answered thoroughly and professionally within the hour! He is very knowledgeable in his field and personable at the same time. He also has a great team of paralegals and other gifted staff members supporting him. A truely wonderful firm!

Always Professional
I have used Mr. Brennan's services several times in the past few years. He has been more then helpful with the closing on my home as well as other various legal issues. He maintained a professional attitude and was always punctual with his work and responses to my questions. I always felt Daniel had my best interests in mind and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an upfront and honest attorney.
