Biography
Attorney Lanier completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina. After a successful career in banking and finance, she supported herself by working full time while attending the Quinnipiac School of Law, from which she graduated in 2002. Attorney Lanier was recognized for academic excellence in law school by being named a Dean’s Scholar, as well as by earning a place on the prestigious Law Review.
Attorney Lanier has focused her practice on mastering all aspects of Family Law, including custody, dissolution of marriage, child support, and any post judgment matters. She has represented many clients in child protection cases in Juvenile Court, as well as assisted clients with obtaining or defending against temporary restraining orders.
She dedicates a significant amount of time to working as a Guardian Ad Litem in cases where she is appointed by the Court to determine and advocate for the best interests of minor children.
