Biography
I grew up in the Norwichtown area of Norwich, attended Norwich public schools and graduated from the Norwich Free Academy in 1984. I returned to Norwich after law school and started my practice with the law firm of Brown Jacobson P.C. in 1993. I joined the firm of Chinigo, Leone & Maruzo, LLP in 2001. I currently live in Mystic, although much of my family still lives in Norwich and I remains very active in Norwich civic organizations, including Three Rivers College Foundation (past president) and the Norwich Community Cinema Foundation.

Excellent Attorney!
I've worked with Atty. Smith in both my professional occupation and as my own personnal attorney. As a former mortgage banker I've worked with numerous attorneys and he was by far one of the best. I've worked with him for real estate, LLC's, leases and evictions.
