David J. Pazzaglia

Dave grew up in Southeastern Connecticut and attended Saint Bernard High School. He received his bachelor’s degree at Salem State University graduating cum laude where he played NCAA Collegiate Ice Hockey. He subsequently received his J.D. at the Massachusetts School of Law. After practicing at a Boston Based firm Dave came back to Southeastern Connecticut where he started Pazzaglia Law in Niantic, CT. He is licensed to practice law in all State and Federal Courts of Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mashuntucket Pequot Tribal Court, Mohegan Gaming Disputes and Mohegan Tribal Court. Attorney Pazzaglia is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers’ Association and Connecticut Bar Association. Attorney Pazzaglia was nominated as a 2017 & 2018 Connecticut Rising Star by Super Lawyers, an award given to the top 2.5% of attorneys in Connecticut under the age of 40 in personal injury and workers compensation litigation. Attorney Pazzaglia was nominated as a 2018 Top Ten Attorney Under the Age of 40 in the State of Connecticut by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Attorney Pazzaglia was recently awarded as a 2019 Top 40 Under 40 attorney by The National Trial Lawyers in the practice of personal injury litigation. He currently resides in Niantic, CT with his wife and daughter.
