Attorney Yona Gregory was appointed as financial conservator of my step mother. Given the circumstances of my step mothers situation it is my opinion it would be a difficult case for any attorney. Not only did Yona maintain my step mothers best interests at all times she was always very professional,... courteous and kind. With that being said I also retained Yona to handle my step mothers estate upon her passing. She continues to have a very dedicated work ethic. If anything arises in the future I would not hesitate to seek her services again.

Retained Yona to assist with expediting an issue through the Court System. After a week of research and discussions with her peers Yona informed me that CT has no practical mechanism to accelerate closure; this matter would resolve itself favorably without legal representation. Yona provided advise... and suggested changing the arrangement to pay only for a consultation fee-- not full legal representation. I had a very difficult eviction case because of unsuccessful communication with the tenant. Yona handled the tenant with patience and understanding while ...protecting my interests. With her emotions aside, she handled the entire process with professionalism, effectiveness, and compassion for the tenant. A rare mix today in the legal profession! I was also working on a budget. Yona took my case with a reasonable retainer and did what she needed to do with no unsubstantiated charges. Reasonably priced and competent............that's what I look for in my attorney, and you should too!
