In '16 I wrote a well-deserved 1* review: "I've consulted w/her through AccessHealthCT, as she was assigned to my case. She was helpful in some areas, however upon my final request, she didn't reply. I tried reaching her several times, but still no reply. The non-communication does not appear helpful..., and so I can't recommend her at this time. I suggest instead asking for her superior and speaking to him/her, if that is a doable option. " Since then, and after a ton of effort that finally led to her being more responsive, I have been able to make progress and get replies on matters w/in a reasonable period of time. This balances out to about a 2* average. If in time I have many more positive experiences w/her, I will increase the rating further.
