Amelia handled my closing. She is thorough and knowledgable. Unfortunately I hired Amelia after much of my negotiation had been done by my realtor and myself. I wish I would have hired her in the beginning of the process because after seeing how Amelia operates I'm sure she would have negotiated m...e a much better deal. She was informative and gave me advice yet left the ultimate decision making up to myself. I felt very protected and very represented to the point that I insisted my son call Amelia when he is ready to search for a condo. I was very impressed and very thankful for her diligence as come to find out my realtor was not very diligent and tried to pull things that were less than honest.
