Attorney Melissa S. Harris is new to the Stanger Stanfield Team after practicing alongside Attorney Michael F. Dowley at Dowley and Associates since 2008 until 2019. We are pleased that she will be joining our team at Stanger Stanfield Law, LLC. Attorney Harris has experience in litigating various types of matters, including, but not limited to real estate disputes, land disputes, contract disputes, construction disputes, foreclosure defense, premises liability, zoning appeals and tax appeals. Attorney Harris also has experience in planning and zoning, land use and probate matters.
Attorney Harris received her Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law in 2009 and received her Bachelor of Arts in English Communications from Western New England University in 2003, graduating magna cum laude.
Attorney Harris is originally from Maine. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out at the gym, enjoying the outdoors and spending time in Cape Cod.
