Teresa Capalbo

Ms. Capalbo has spent over a decade representing clients in various matters including personal injury, workers’ compensation, estate planning, probate, and contested probate matters, real estate, business formation, collections, to name a few. Ms. Capalbo had represented clients from an insurance defense perspective as well. 

Ms. Capalbo has tried a number of cases to completion both in Superior and Probate Courts. Over the years Ms. Capalbo has gained positive results for hundreds of injured and wronged clients. For nearly 10 years Ms. Capalbo has also had the honor of working with some of our U.S. military through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs with appointments as both Federal Fiduciary and Conservator of Person and Estate. Ms. Capalbo continues to act in those positions for military and non-military members in our Probate Court system.
