As a new lawyer Alan took on my case when I desperately needed help with a Workman's Compensation case against my self-insured school system in Enfield, CT. I had been exposed to chemicals in my school building which set off a war in my body leading to a permanent affliction called MCS (Multiple Che...mical Sensitivity). With his tenacious devotion and work in assisting me in any way he could he ended up winning the case without having to go to court. He also set a State of CT precedent which would help many others win cases in the future. I cannot say enough positive things about this man. Shortly after he won the case for me I visited him and told him that IF he avoided going after big money and a big name he would eventually become a truly GREAT lawyer. I am hoping to pop in to visit with him when next in Connecticut. It's been more than 20 years now and I want to see how he is doing. If you read this, Alan, I haven't forgotten all you did for me.
