I received a quick response to all my questions. Linda made me feel very comfortable to discuss my workers compensation case with her. OMG do not use Linda Kaufman as your attorney. I hired her for a personal injury case and it was a nightmare. The most unprofessional lazy, lawyer I have ever met. Her staff changes weekly and you can never ever get her on the phone. I was beginning to wonder if she really existed. When you call... on the phone it asks if you are calling on new matters, press 10 for Attorney Kaufman. She has no voice mail. It's such a joke. Then, trying to get your file from her so you can hire another lawyer is almost impossible. The new lawyer I hired had to reconstruct the file. I called her office, the new lawyer called her office. She would not give the file to either of us. Could never get her on the phone. How hard is it to copy a file? You would be better off representing yourself.
