Attorney Gerace was highly recommended so we thought we had the help we needed on our side. Boy were we wrong? First consult he told us he could do way better than the public defender and being that he was so highly recommended we TRUSTED him. He did not help us in any way. Was always in a rush and a...lmost always unavailable. We felt brushed off in every encounter. He did not advise us on any options but simply told us what we should do. we trusted he had our best interest as any one would do with their hired counsel but we shortly found out that wasn’t the case here. Attorney Gerace took our money and ended up doing nothing more than the public defender had already done. Now we are left with not only no money left to hire different counsel, having to deal with an lengthy, unfortunate outcome, that we now know for a fact could have been much brighter but also the distrust in attorneys.
