WE ARE NOT PERSONAL INJURY "DOG BITE" PLAINTIFF LAWYERS.
Most people consider their pets as more than just possessions, but rather as family members and best friends. When situations arise where they might lose them, it is unbearable. Most people never think about needing a lawyer to save their pet, and when they start searching, they find few attorneys or organizations with any real experience in animal law. This is because very few lawyers devote their lives to saving animals, and few focus their profession on animals and the rights of their owners.
Our work involves dog bite incidents where dogs are seized and ordered to be killed, custody and ownership disputes of beloved pets, veterinarian malpractice and harm to animals from boarders, groomers and others, service and emotional support animal matters, eviction matters involving pets and government overreach of owners and their animals. We also represent animal rescues, fosters and adopters. We also provide litigation strategies, techniques and guidance on animal litigation matters to attorneys throughout the country in state and federal courts.
Much of our work involves defending dogs involved in bite incidents who are unjustly facing death. They and their owners are pre-judged by a system which ignores their rights. We are proud our animal rights litigation work is at the forefront of shaping the direction of companion animal law. In zealously representing the interests of companion animals, we are advancing the rights of all animals.
We constantly receive inquiries regarding issues concerning companion animals and have established a low cost consultation service through The Center For Animal Litigation to review documents and facts surrounding an animal's situation and then speak with an attorney experienced in these matters to discuss your options. Happy to recommend this attorney.
I found Mr. Page to be very thorough and systematic in representing me, as well as informing me along the way of what to expect. He helped me with a divorce, and child custody, and had a lot of patience in bringing my case before the court. I felt relaxed, well represented, and found Atty. Page to...
"I know Thom from serving with him on a charitable board. Thom is intelligent, articulate and passionate. These traits are common to successful trial attorneys. Thom has empathy for the homeless and needy. His concerns and kindness have lead him to many actions to advance and protect the interests of our less fortunate neighbors. I would expect him to show the same care for his clients."
