I was just recommending Atty Bozek to a friend and was shocked the see the reviews on this site. She acted as the guardian at litem for my step-daughter 11 years ago and was the most fantastic caring helpful attorney I have ever met. She helped our family but most of all she helped my daughter get ...out of a very hard situation and is a big reason that she is the strong, self-confident successful adult that she is today. Don't listen to these other people.

Throughout a contentious, multi-year custody battle, Margaret was able to advise me on how to quell inflammatory situations, champion my children's interests and safeguard my rights. She was a valued and trusted adviser that helped me through some very difficult times, prevailing at everyone's benefi...t.

This person is inexperienced as far as any custody issue that doesn't fit the term "inside the box". She uses the avoidance tactic when the decision doesn't favor the referring attorneys client. She uses unethical practices and only cares about lining her pockets. Margaret is disorganized and a bi...t of a scatter brain. She advises you as well as passes information but when you question her at a later date, she swears up and down she didn't tell you and she doesn't recall the incident or ever hearing the information she provided you in the first place. Communicate with Margaret via email only then tuck it away. We have a nice little binder to present to the judge. If you have a verbal conversation with her document and follow up with her via email so she can't weasel her way out and say "oh, that's not what I meant" (Margaret is good at that). Best advice I can give is AVIOD Margaret Bozek at all cost!!!! She doesn't not care about your children or doing whats right. At the end of the day Margaret closes the door and forgets you or child(ren) exist. If you happen to be the one to put a bee in Margaret's bonnet you will certainly be the one to come out on the short end of the sick. Margaret will ensure this!
