"I endorse this lawyer. I listed him as a friend, which he is; however, I have also worked with him, and have referred clients to him as well. As a trial lawyer myself, I know that Atty. Brewer is one of the finest trial lawyers I have ever seen; and in 25 years of practice I have seen several. I am familiar with the discipline that he underwent in the past, and truly believe that it could have and should have been dealt with less severely, but I wasn't the person making that decision. Atty. Brewer was, and is, one of the VERY few attorneys with the courage to go after police chiefs, police departments, politicians and "power brokers" to prosecute civil rights violations against his clients. Those actions often ruffle the wrong people's feathers. If my civil rights were violated, I would hire Atty. Brewer to represent me!"
