Brief but very informative conversation

Had a brief 15-minute call with attorney Albano. First of all, would like to say that after I called his office, he called me back within an hour, which is incredible. We discussed legal issues at hand, generally talked about possible course of action and different avenues to most efficiently settle ...my issue. Attorney Albano advised me that is would be inefficient for me to retain him fur such a small issue, but was very patient and kind to take his time and give me a far removed, impartial perspective on the situation and possible solutions. Based on my experience he is a very compassionate and efficient communicator and in short time he can objectively cover a lot of ground. After a brief 15-minute conversation with him, I feel I am much better prepared to handle my situation with for the best outcome. I would advise anyone with a serious issue at hand to at least consult attorney Albano, and, if that's the best course of action, retain him for your matter.

a good choice

Michael represented our family as part of a group of plaintiffs attempting to recover a substantial amount of rent deposited with a landlord prior to an event that terminated the lease. The landlord, who was a practicing attorney, was unwilling to settle the matter reasonably which prolonged the eff...ort to recover the funds. I was the liaison for the group of plaintiffs working with Michael over the 2 ½ period before our claim was ultimately settled for 100% of the group’s funds, including the original rent and out of pocket costs. During that time, I found Michael to be professional, accessible, reasonable and sympathetic to our circumstances of dealing with an unreasonable defendant and working through the dynamics brought on by a group of plaintiffs. I would recommend Michael as a competent attorney. As a matter of fact, after the settlement, one of the other plaintiffs’ retained Michael on a separate matter.

Construction Lien matter

In 2014 Atty. Albano was recommended to us by an attorney in a related practice area. Atty. Albano did an outstanding job representing our interests in a construction matter involving an LLC we own. His knowledgeable, determined and levelheaded approach resolved this matter in a manner, and within ...a timeframe, that was very favorable for us. When we contacted Atty. Albano, we felt at the time we had no other alternative but to commence a foreclosure action that would have been costly, and protracted, just to move the matter forward. He was instead able to achieve a settlement quickly and professionally, which was immensely more favorable to us. Atty. Albano was accessible, and communicated with us often. By the time the matter was concluded, were extremely grateful we had the good fortune to have his representation. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Atty. Albano.
