Dave helped me navigate through my divorce with expert knowledge and care, through a complex and emotional situation. In court he always seemed to have the right information at the right time regarding my case. I would never go to court without him and you shouldn't either.

Simply the best!

When I first realized I needed to get divorced, I wanted to try mediation in an effort to keep expenses down and be amicable. I went to a firm in the area that is recognized as approaching divorce in a holistic manner with both parties health and well being prioritized. Three months and thousands of ...dollars later I was no closer to getting divorced but my mental and physical health were declining. My friends and family encouraged me to get my own lawyer or I would never get out of the marriage. I went to see Attorney McGrath and it became clear I needed to change course and get someone who would represent me. Once I hired Attorney McGrath and quit mediation everything improved in my life. He explained everything in a manner that was very understandable, gave me time to process and honored my feelings. He encouraged me to take care of my health, spend time with my family and friends and he took care of my case. I would recommend Attorney McGrath to anyone going through this very difficult process. Fantastic, Efficent, Professional

I would, without hesitation, recommend David McGarth to anyone going through a divorce. Not only does he know Connecticut divorce law as well as anyone, Dave is communicative, efficient and professional. This matters when going through a divorce as it is very easy to get caught up in the back and for...th. A prayer answered!

I was embroiled in a divorce with a very bitter woman. She wanted everything I had worked so hard for and over the last 18 years or a life together. She wanted to force me to sell my home, but most importantly take my beautiful 10-year-old daughter completely out of my life. Initially I had hired ...an attorney in my hometown of Milford. He just add it to my troubles. He didn’t care about what was going on or what was happening to me, iIt showed in his blasé attitude about everything. As fate would have it one day I was talking to a gentleman I met at the car wash, He told me that he too had been in a recent divorce battle. He said that, Dave represented him, was extremely professional, and did an absolutely outstanding job in court for him. He then gave me Dave’s number, I wasted no time and called him. We had, maybe a five minute conversation and I could tell he was knowledgeable and caring and also dedicated to both his profession and his clients. I hired Dave on the spot and he immediately went to work for me. His law offices are in Hartford and I live in Milford . It’s not often you will find an attorney willing to drive so far to represent a client, it didn’t bother Dave at all. Dave saved my life and I don’t say that lightly. I now have shared custody of my daughter, and our relationship grows stronger every day. Through Dave’s excellent representation I was able to keep my home, who could ask for anything more. Make the phone call you will not be sorry . On a sidenote, I still contact Dave from time. We share pictures of our children and briefly talk about what’s going on in our lives. I am quite sure that Dave will go far in his career because of his great concern for his client s and for the law.
