Highly recommend

Attorney Faccadio is great. She is honest and up front and delivers great results. Having read some of the other reviews, I want to address some of those points. She is no more expensive than any other decent lawyer in Middletown. We needed a GAL in our case and that attorney charged the same amo...unt per hour as Attorney Faccadio. The fact that she doesn’t use email? Super annoying at times. But it also means that when she’s with you and working on your case, she isn’t getting interrupted by 15 other clients. There’s something to be said for that. we would send faxes or leave messages for her to call us back, we made it work. Sometimes she will be rude and cut you off, but hey - maybe you deserve it. I know I probably did. You’re emotional and crazy. She wants to strip that all away, get the facts, and WIN. We got everything we were hoping for and more. It was worth every penny we spent.

If you want to keep your money, go somewhere else!

over 5 years ago she was recommended to me by some of the people that work in the court. I’m not gonna lie she is a shark, but she will draw things out, put in motions for contempt against the other side that never get into the courtroom, she will yell and interrupt you, get angry a lot, do things w...ithout your consent or knowledge and she charges way too much money for what she actually does. I went through about 4 1/2 years of court, motion after motion, I gave her notes and pictures of everything that she asked for and she never used any of it in court!! I was charged for all of these things that were never used and ended up spending Over $280k and i barely got to speak in court. There are some good things about her but you can get the same winning result with a way less expensive lawyer or you’re probably better off doing it yourself. if you do hire her, don’t let her push you around, stand up for yourself and YOU make the rules. she works for YOU! not the other way around. proceed with caution and educate yourself on what you ultimately want out of it. Good luck.

The Best There Is!

Attorney Faccadio came highly recommended by a trusted neighbor and friend during the painful process of filing for divorce. From the first visit of being scared to death to even start this unknown legal journey to it's conclusion a year later, Attorney Faccadio was exactly the person I needed to be ...by my side and on my side every step of the way. Her professionalism and experience were coupled with her genuine interest and care as she guided me letting me borrow her strength when I had none of my own. Never once did I ever doubt that everything she was doing was to make sure that the truth was known and justice was served to the full extent of her incredible capabilities. She helped me to see that she was an integral part of the process of acceptance and healing that has many facets outside of the legal realm. She would often ask how I was doing aside from the necessary information that needed to be exchanged during a meeting or a phone call. She kept me perfectly updated in all areas throughout the process with her commitment to communication in both large and small details. I can truly say that what started out to be a decision to hire the best divorce attorney in the greater Hartford area has turned into a most unexpected friendship of mutual admiration and respect. Attorney Faccadio will give you everything she has in her defense of you and sincerely cares that you are compensated to the fullest extent of the law and her abilities. Can you afford to hire Attorney Faccadio to represent you in your divorce proceedings? I sincerely believe that you can't afford not to! I will be ever grateful to her and for her.

You need the best when going through a divorce

Hindsight is 20/20. Looking back on my divorce, which was 10 years ago AND which Attorney Faccadio represented me during, I now understand that, as ironic as it sounds, the legal process of divorce is not about emotions. It is about separating yourself from your emotions and securing your future and ...your children's future. You're getting divorced. Stop trying to "play nice" and make one another happy. If you could do that you wouldn't be going through this process in the first place. Attorney Faccadio takes the emotion out of the divorce process and handles things like custody, visitation, child support, health insurance, the marital home, bank accounts, all those ugly things you never pictured on your wedding day. I'll never forget when I asked her how long until the process was over and she looked right at me and said, "You're not ready." Ready for what? "To slaughter him." She reminded me this was not about my broken heart- that was for me to talk to my therapist about- but about my financial future. Is she warm and fuzzy and will she coddle you through this? The woman is a divorce lawyer, not a BFF. Is she expensive? Hell yes. Is she worth it? Every single cent. Will you walk away with what you need to move forward. Yup- and then some.

Truth Be Told

I never been so blindsided in all my life. Atty Faccadio drained me of $20K+ in less than 2 months of litigation. She promised me to represent and failed on all accounts. When I asked about going to court and that I didn't want to go to Trial, she just went into HUGE Rage and started yelling at me on... a Sunday morning. All I asked her is what our stratgey was going to court that week. This is her tactic for you to back down, it works.... Don't worry folks, Contempt means nothing to Atty Faccadio. If you're a honest person, don't hire her. Also, if you are looking fo easy communication, all she has only fax, NO EMAIL, that should tell you something. Divorce is never easy and Atty Faccadio makes it worse. Your stress level is through the roof even when the case is over. Please consider mediation, you'll be happier with the results because you'll be heard!!
