Great Attorney

Used Attorney Taiman for a Tenant eviction. Handled professionally and quickly. Did al the paperwork, Marshall summons, court appearances. Highly recommended.

Honest and straight forward

I found Ed on this website and consulted with him about my outstanding debt that I couldn’t collect from one of my ex-tenants. I called twice because the first time I had to cut the call short because I was running to another meeting, he was available both times. Ed was very straight forward and told me his assessment of the situation. There was no sugar coating and upselling. I felt that Ed was very honest and straight forward to the point. Sometimes you just need a legal expert to point you to the right direction without all the fluff. Thank you Ed!

Extremely helpful!

I asked Edward for help regarding a matter with a tenant of mine and he was not only very prompt to reply but his response was extremely helpful and just what I needed to take the correct course of action. I will definitely use him again in the future for legal assistance with my rental properties.

Personable and Professional

When I hired Mr. Taiman he took a genuine interest in my case right from the beginning. As we prepared for the trial it was apparent that he had done all necessary research before hand which gave me added confidence going into court.

Knowledgeable and Fiar

I needed a business contract reviewed, turned out it had a lot of clauses in it that were not in my favor, (no surprise) with Mr. Taiman's help we were able to re-draft it so that both parties were satisfied. I have had previous experience with other attorneys who, in retrospect, were just trying to churn paperwork and increase their billable hours. This is not the case with Mr. Taiman; he always had my best interest at heart and quick to point out if something was just not worth the time. I really appreciate his depth of knowledge and experience. It's great knowing that when I need him, he is there.

I hired attorney Taiman for two commercial real estate transactions involving a lease out and a conveyance. I'm very happy to recommend him. I found him to be not only very knowledgeable, but also interested in my affairs as if they were his own. He was very responsive to my many questions and returned my calls and emails within just one day. I found that he was conscientious and efficient with his time. He made me feel like he always had my best interests in mind. He was professional with the other attorneys and a skilled negotiator, which contributed to successful closings. I also liked that he was firm when he needed to be. I intend to use him again in the future.

Ed, Thank you much for your professional advise and representation on our trade secret & business litigation case. Ed was always prepared and was very articulate in front of the judge.
