Crystal Lyn Cooke

My first interaction with Crystal was via a Professional Social Media site, where I decided to hire her without ever meeting her in person. We closed on a house purchased via auction.com with a holdover occupant. Along the way, she guided the transactional stuff associated with closing. She is very p...rofessional and personable. My past interactions with the legal profession have made me feel like I needed to hire a lawyer to work with my lawyer. Her actions were how non-lawyers would interpret things, and at no time did she redirect using disclaimer-sounding language. She addressed all of my questions, thoughts, and concerns along the way. I am confident that my line of thinking would have caused many lawyers to misinterpret my thoughts, but she observed the Covey habits of seeking first to understand, then to be understood. This is my first review of a lawyer, and I have not a single complaint.
