Adam Louis Avallone

First and foremost, Adam believes in putting his clients in the best possible position to obtain a favorable outcome. Yet, he also recognizes that in some cases a judicial resolution will be needed. With both a tenacious approach and a calm demeanor, Adam will work with you in all aspects of your litigation matter (including trial and appeal) to represent your best interests legally as well as being responsive of your concerns and questions.

Adam, an experienced litigator, has worked representing clients in trial courts throughout Connecticut and the Connecticut Appellate Court. Specifically, before joining Czepiga Daly Pope & Perri, Adam represented clients in multiple areas of title disputes including priority claims, reformation of mortgages, and quiet title actions. He also has experience as a litigator in foreclosures, loan recovery, and lender liability claims.

As a part of the Czepiga Daly Pope and Perri litigation team, Adam helps clients in need of defending, negotiating and/or prosecuting in areas such as fiduciary litigation, probate litigation, Will contests, nursing home collections, elder financial exploitation, and conservatorships.
