Atty Bergamini was involved in my divorce proceeding. When she did her house visit, the first thing she noticed was that my son who was like 10 at the time had stuffed animals- which in her opinion, he was too old to have. She is only concerned about the money she makes for herself. No compassion for... the child. She is not helpful for either side and damaging to the emotional well being of children. If she is good at what she does why has no one written to commend her abilities in all the years she has been serving in this capacity.

I hired Atty Bergamini for my divorce mediation based on another lawyer's recommendation, and she was extremely knowledgeable on the topics that needed to be covered, especially involving the children, as well as the options available to both parents. She was supportive of both of us and each of us ...individually. She was quick to respond to questions or requests. She was very professional yet supportive, a great combination when going through a divorce. A friend has also consulted with her and she was very effective in getting them the information and advice they needed in their case as well.
