I first contacted Nancy to draft wills a couple of years ago and found her proficient. I then contacted her to update wills after a loss. She was again proficient but also compassionate. She helped me redraft my will and advance directives with skilled advice, objectivity and compassion. I hig...hly recommend her.

Nancy Tonucci was wonderful to work with through out our title 19 application. She brings forth a wealth of knowledge in elder law and makes a difficult process easy. She takes the time to make sure you understand everything that is needed and has a sound relationship with many local assisted living ...facilities. Nancy keeps you informed through every step of the process with check-in and status reports from either herself of her assistant. Without her help, completing our application would have taken exponentially longer. I have already recommended her to a neighbor with elder law needs.
