No Communication, did not help me in my case ( took no interest ), temperamental- even testy, in too much of a hurry to acknowledge e-mails or return calls.. The list goes on & on which I suspect is the reason one can't find ANY positive reviews ( or any reviews at all )... Like many lawyers, sticks ...
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am sorry to hear of your frustration. I take pride in ensuring my clients are properly communicated with. I strive to return every phone call and email within 24 hours of receipt. Admittedly, this does not always happen. If I am in court or at hearings it is not always possible. I am fortunate to have a very capable staff so in the future I will make a concerted effort, in those instances, to have my staff contact my clients when I am unable to do so timely. We do have systems in place so that we can track when our clients contact us and when I respond. I would encourage you to call me so that we can review this to determine if and when there was a breakdown and delay in attending to your inquiries. That would help me in better serving my clients. I again thank you for your feedback.
