This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
A court reprimand is an order from the Superior Court after it has found that an attorney has engaged in ethical misconduct. If an attorney receives more than 3 reprimands in 5 years, a presentment must be filed against the attorney so the Superior Court can decide if more serious discipline should be ordered.
A condition is a disciplinary order from the Statewide Grievance Committee that an attorney fulfill a condition within a certain time frame. If the attorney does not fulfill a condition in a timely manner, the Superior Court may also impose any condition necessary to protect the public.

Attorney Rivera and Mr. Galarza did a great job with my bankruptcy and my foreclosure. They make a great team. Attorney Rivera's plan and Mr. Galarza's counseling helped me get a second chance at life without debt. They even taught me how to clean up my credit reports! And how to buy by next home even after a foreclosure! Thank you Rivera! Thank you Rick! I highly recommend them.

Attorney Rivera and his staff, did a great job keeping informed of the Foreclosure Mediation process. The process to get a loan modification offer from the bank's attorneys took forever, but Attorney Rivera delivered on his promise that I would get an offer even if I got denied three times before I was sued for foreclosure.
