Heather Lynn Perbeck

Attorney Heather L. Perbeck is a life-long resident of Connecticut. She was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in 2014. In 2004, Attorney Perbeck met her mentor, attorney and former probate judge, Walter A. Clebowicz, who inspired her to pursue a career in the legal field. In 2021, Attorney Perbeck joined Attorney Clebowicz briefly before founding Perbeck Law. Attorney Perbeck represents clients in the areas of Real Estate, Probate Administration and Estate Planning. Attorney Perbeck effectively guides her clients through the complexities of the legal matter at hand and is committed to prompt and knowledgeable communication with clients.

Prior to starting this practice, Attorney Perbeck was an Associate of Flaherty Legal Group, LLC working in the area of family law. She represented clients in matters involving divorces, child custody, child support, alimony, the distribution of property upon the dissolution of marriage, pre- and postnuptial agreements and various post-judgment issues.

Attorney Perbeck earned her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts, and her B.A. in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut. Attorney Perbeck is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
