Do yourself a favor and do not hire this attorney. He is cheap for a reason. He can't spell including his own client's name. He fills out wrong information on court forms including wrong court and jurisdiction and, doesn't know which party is the plaintiff and which is the defendant, Can't remember c...lient's contact information and wil repeatedly ask for email address and phone number. He will unnecessarily continue your court case to line his pockets. Is totally put of touch with family law procedures. Thinks he can negotiate with child support enforcemwnt when it comes to money owed. Hiring this guy is the equivalent to throwing your hard earned money into a fire pit.

I had been sent to Atty. William Forbes from another atty. who recommended Mr. Forbes to help me get divorced. I found Atty Forbes to be confident in the areas needed to get the whole process done without alot of drama and he advised me nicely as to how the process of divorce normally proceeds and ...as to the time line of how the required documents take place. He also helped negotiate the differences between the parties so that it would be less costly to me . In all matters Atty. Forbes was very professional and informative as to how the court system deals with divorce. The information helped me remain calm and he seemed very confident that all things would work itself out as long as I kept my wits about me and he helped put things into perspective so that I could remain positive and calm .I work an off shift and he accommodated my needs as to the times he could meet with me. I'm glad I went with Atty. William Forbes to handle my divorce and would tell any one to sit and talk with him about any court actions as he seems knowledgeable about other areas than just family matters, he also did my refinancing of the house due to the divorce and knew people to assist me in getting a mortgage quickly so things went smoothly. As a matter of fact the whole office staff worked with my case and were very helpful in assisting me in all the matters affecting my court dealings.
