Biography
I have practiced law for 39 years, doing a diversified civil practice. I am spending most of my time time representing people with disabilites and students. I represent people trying to obtain social security disability benefits, long term disability or veterans disability. I represent students in all kinds of disputes with schools; public and private, from elementary school to includes students in special education and regular education. It includes disputes about appropriate programming, bullying, expulsions and claims of academic misconduct.
For veterans, I help them get increased ratings, service connection, or Unemployability.
I take a personal, hands-on approach to all my cases. This is a small law office where all clients gets individual attention. Along with a team of dedicated paralegals, we concentrate on getting the best result possible for your case.
I am admittied to the Connecticut Bar, U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the Federal Circuit.
