I am a member of the Transactional Law and Real Estate Departments at Brown Paindiris & Scott, LLC in Glastonbury. In that capacity, I counsel both individuals and institutional clients in a multitude of areas including residential and commercial real estate transactions, financing matters, leases, and business formations.

I have experience in all aspects of residential real estate transactions from their inception through closing. She has represented a wide client base ranging from first-time home buyers and sellers to developers, lenders, and real estate investors. This experience has led her to develop extensive knowledge in connection with all phases of a real estate transaction including contract and addendum drafting, resolving contract disputes, and solving title issues. Her real estate practice has evolved to include commercial and residential lease agreements, housing court matters, in addition to construction related financing and development agreements.
