Brooke Foley Barack

I had a situation of discrimination during an interview. I contacted Brooke for advice, knowledge of the law, the ramifications of what would happen if I perused it for the good or bad. What steps would I need to take if I wanted to peruse it and so on.... Brooke was very helpful and knowledgeable.... She gave me a lot of knowledge in all areas. She brought up many different perspectives and thought of questions I had not thought of. She suggested additional people I could reach out to and questions I should ask. I truly appreciated her expertise and would go to her again with legal support.

I first met Brooke when she was a military lawyer in the USAF. I was also a military officer and had a few troops with minor disciplinary problems and a couple with more serious legal troubles off-base in Japan. I was fortunate to have Brooke help me navigate the UCMJ and answer questions. A decad...e later, as a manager on the corporate side, I had some legal questions about work issues, Brooke was able to introduce me to someone who practices in my state to resolve my questions.
