Biography
I have been practicing Immigration Law since 1973 , when I worked as an attorney for the legacy Immigration & Naturaliztion Service at Hartford, Ct .I started my career as a Naturalion then became the Supervisor of that unit, I later was a trial attorney at the Hartford office representing the Government in deportation then was promoted to Chief Legal Officer, , responsible for supervising all legal operations of the Hartford office .
In 1985 I left INS and entered private practice, soley limited to Immigration & Nationity law. I then protected clients in deportation proceedings. I represent major companies in obtaining temporary work visas and permanent status for employees. I represent families to obtain immigration benefits for family members. After these initial benefits are secured , I assist in removing conditional status, if required and later file for Naturalization, completing the path .My past experience at INS has been a great advantage in all my present cases. I am helping second and third generations of is quite normal to receive a calls from clients I represented more than 20 years ago,asking for assistance for cases involving their children and is gratifying to help so many people.
