About William

Learn William’s areas of practice.

I've been a trial attorney for my entire career.  In the course of that career, I've had the opportunity to work with and against some of the top trial attorneys in the country on some very high profile cases. Included in this work was the opportunity to twice represent the State of Colorado as Special Trial Counsel, first on a multi-million dollar construction case and, second, on Colorado's lawsuit against the tobacco industry.  I've had success handling cases at all levels, including appeals.

In addition to my law practice, I'm a certified Anusara yoga teacher and an author of a book on yoga philosophy.  I teach a yoga philosophy class locally.

Mr. Dorigan was retained to assist resolve differences in a Personal Property claim on behalf a homeowner whom had lost all possessions to a fire on Christmas. In working with a representative of the insurance company, they were able to resolve the matter and obtain payment as initially submitted to the insurance company. Mr. Dorigan is articulate and concise in addressing differences of opinion on various matters, providing a reasoned approach to resolve claims/cases. He is particularly persuasive on technical matters and legal briefs establishing a legal position.
