Litigation in estate related matters. This frequently involves corporate, securities and tax law in the cases of high net worth persons or closely held entities. Some these cases have taken many years to resolve or settle, because of the assets, personalities and emotional complications involved.

Advising clients on matters before both state and federal agencies whether regulatory or administrative reporting in nature. These ongoing cases and regulatory agendas can require years of effort to resolve.

Tax law interpretation litigation has been included in all of the cases or matters in which I have been involved.
