I am writing this review not only for Matt, who has shown me great kindness in helping me with a few difficult and very stressful situations with tenants, but also for landlords who need help. It’s hard to find an attorney who mainly specializes in landlord tenant law. Many who have some degree of ...experience are quick to bring up a retainer without really knowing or learning much about your situation. Matt is willing to listen and help put you in the right direction. He’s calm, intelligent and well versed in landlord tenant law. I always feel better after consulting with him, which gives me direction, confidence and knowledge in handling the situation. I have come out on top of bad situations tenants have perpetrated due to consulting with and listening to Matt’s advice. He’s reasonable and generous with his time, which manifests a lifelong clientele.
